It is mainly used as a supporting power for small machinery such as rice threshing, farmland irrigation, and agriculture and forestry plant protection. To be good, use well, and maintain such power machinery, you must always master the state of its use technology. Maintaining its good technical status is a fundamental measure to save oil and improve economic efficiency. According to the survey, many farmers' friends rarely use the concept of saving such small machines. After some machines have been used for a period of time, they have found that fuel consumption has doubled. For unknown reasons, it is even more difficult to solve, or continue to force the use, or abandon the machine. Scrap, resulting in a large waste of fuel and economic losses. How to make the best economic performance, there is great potential to dig. I have introduced and promoted this series of mechanical technology for many years, and I have accumulated practical experience in fuel-saving maintenance technology. There are mainly the following aspects:

First, to prevent hidden leakage

Leakage not only directly causes the loss of fuel material, but also seriously affects the technical state of the gasoline engine and pollutes the environment. The small gasoline engine series is used for rice threshing, farmland irrigation, etc., and the working environment is poor. Both gasoline and water are colorless liquids, and vibration during operation tends to induce leakage that is difficult for the naked eye to detect in time. Such as small cracks in the fuel tank, aging and cracking of the oil pipe, loose connections at the oil circuit, g, ~NNN. If the fuel consumption suddenly increases during the operation, the first thing to think about is leakage. And in turn, check the oil path one by one, and find that the leakage is eliminated in time.

Second, the correct choice of gasoline and oil brands

Gasoline engine fuel grades are selected based on engine compression ratio. The latest theoretical research and actual comparisons have confirmed that high-election or low-selection fuel grades are wasteful and cannot perform their best economic performance. Many operators think that the idea of ​​"high-selection super-grade fuel will make it work better overall" is wrong. It is best to use formulated oil as required by the instructions for use.

Third, focus on compression

Insufficient compression of the cylinder and crankcase can result in poor combustion and black smoke during operation. An experienced operator can judge whether the compression force is normal or not by hand. Generally, the starting wheel is rotated by hand, and when it is turned to the top dead center, it feels more laborious, and after the top dead center is turned, the starting wheel can automatically rotate through a larger angle, indicating that the cylinder compression force is normal. Air leakage from the crankcase can cause poor atomization of the mixture, resulting in insufficient power and even starting the engine even when the circuit and oil path are normal. If the compression force is not normal, check whether the piston ring is excessively worn, broken, cemented, the spark plug is loose, the cylinder, the crankcase joint surface leaks, the two-axis oil seal is damaged, and the symptoms are eliminated in time.

Fourth, regular removal of carbon deposits

Carbon deposits are unburned fuel that is pyrolyzed into charcoal and deposited in the combustion chamber, piston top, and exhaust. After the formation of carbon deposits, the combustion is deteriorated, the exhaust gas is not smooth, the piston ring is stuck, and the like, resulting in insufficient power and increased fuel consumption. The main reason for the accumulation of carbon is that the used oil grade is wrong, the mixed oil ratio is wrong, the carburetor is poorly atomized, and the mixture is too rich. Therefore, it is an effective measure to reduce carbon deposits and improve economic efficiency by regularly removing carbon deposits (accumulated work for 100 hours) and selecting gasoline and engine oil in strict accordance with the instruction manual.

Fifth, the mixture is too rich and too thin

Carburetor plays a decisive role in the fuel-saving aspect of gasoline engines. The carburetor has been adjusted to a better state before the engine leaves the factory, and generally does not need to be adjusted. However, after a period of use, the dynamic technical parameters of the operation have changed, or the use conditions have special changes (refer to temperature, atmospheric pressure, humidity, etc.). In the case of a significant increase in fuel consumption, no other reasons can be found, and the carburetor must be adjusted. For example, when starting, there is oil leakage at the connection of the intake flange; when the mixer is running, the muffler emits black smoke; in the case of normal mixed oil ratio, the combustion chamber and the exhaust port still have serious carbon deposition; at low speed, the muffler exhaust has “噗噗” Sound, power shortage, etc., it should be thought that the mixture is too rich. Can be checked from the following aspects and excluded. 1 If the oil level in the carburetor float chamber is too high, the bending of the needle valve bracket should be adjusted so that the lower plane of the float is flush with the main orifice when the oil inlet needle valve is closed. The maintainer can simulate the float moving up and down in the state of disassembling the carburetor oil cup, and check the oil supply of the oil into the carburetor when the needle valve is opened and closed. That is, when the lower plane of the float is substantially flush with the lower end surface of the main orifice, the needle valve is closed, the oil supply is stopped, the float is dropped, the needle valve is opened, the oil supply is started, and the oil supply process of opening and closing is flexible. 2 The main hole is enlarged, which is generally caused by wear or cleaning with a hard object. The hole should be replaced. 3 The position of the oil needle circlip is too low and should be adjusted to a grid. If the engine accelerates rapidly, the speed will drop instead, even turn off the flame, turn off the small choke opening, and the speed will rise again; the body will be overheated for a period of time, and there is no such thing as strength. The following aspects should be checked and the symptoms should be ruled out: 1 The oil system is not well supplied and the pores are blocked, and it should be cleaned and repaired. 2 The height of the oil level of the float chamber is low, and the curvature of the needle valve bracket is adjusted so that the lower plane of the float is flush with the main hole. 3 The oil pipe joints or the carburetor connection flanges of the oil circuit are poorly sealed, and air is infiltrated, so that the oil supply fluctuates, and it is checked and tightened. 4 The position of the oil needle circlip is too high and should be moved down one space. 5 The fuel tank top cover intake hole is blocked, causing negative pressure inside the tank. The mixed oil does not enter the carburetor. This fault is easily ignored by the user and should be removed.

6. Reasonably match the rated load

Correctly and reasonably matching the load, so that the unit can maximize the work efficiency and obtain the best economic effect with the least consumption, is one of the keys to reduce fuel consumption and fuel economy. The economic performance of oil consumption is best only if the engine is operated at rated load. According to the experimental measurement: the super-rated power matching load and the low-power matching load will increase the working fuel consumption, especially when it is often under overload, the fuel consumption will be greater, and the economic and technical indicators of the unit will be rapidly deteriorated, and the wear of the parts will be accelerated. , shorten the life of the unit. The reason why the agricultural small gasoline engine series is widely used, the use of the bowl sleeve is relatively random, and the rice threshing in the hilly area of ​​the south is mostly gap-type work, and the human factor is very large. Therefore, the peasant brothers must try their best to work under the continuous average rated load to achieve the goal of fuel economy and maintenance.
