Freshwater shrimp, also known as Japanese giant shrimp. The meat is tender and nutritious and is loved by consumers. Through several years of research and experiments, the author carried out the breeding of shrimp seedlings in Lujiang County in 1999 and provided 15 million shrimp seedlings for breeding on 70 mu of water. This is outlined below. 1 Clearance in the clear pond In early May, the dry pool was disinfected with lime, sun exposure, and maintenance of dikes, leaks, inlets and outlets. The nozzle is tied with a 80-mesh double-layer sieve to clear the loach, jaundice, and frogs. 1 to 2 days after the water 20cm ~ 60cm. Eight 1 acre ponds are used as nursery ponds, and then reared in other ponds to grow shrimps. 2 The food abatement of the basic bait feed is a key factor in the survival rate of young larvae. The rich biological bait provides an ideal opening food for the development of the juvenile larvae. Its nutritive value is more comprehensive than the artificial bait, and it can reduce water quality, sediment pollution and keep the water fresh. 500 kg per kilogram of organic fertilizer plus 2% of quicklime are used for sprinkling after fermentation. After 1 week, the water temperature is about 22°C. A large number of plankton, such as red worms and cladocerans, thrived and were in line with the shrimp rowing time. Pay attention to adding phosphate and urea to ensure the biomass in the water. 3 Shrimp seedlings in the middle of May, the water temperature is stable at about 22°C, and the spawning shrimps can be collected and placed into the cage row seedlings. On May 7th and 10th, we bought 500 kilograms of freshwater shrimp from Lake Yanzi Lake in Tongcheng City, and conducted batches of seedlings in eight pools in two batches. Occupant shrimp accounts for about 30%. By May 15th, all species of shrimp were raised. Estimated 70 million rows of seedlings. 4 Feeding of bait on the third day of feeding row seedlings began: the egg yolks were cast for 1 for every 50,000, 4 times/day; soybean milk was filtered for 1 kg/mu, 4 times/day. The amount of biological feed in the water body has reached a certain amount before row seedlings. Therefore, artificial baits should be increased or decreased depending on the number of juveniles, seedlings, and water quality. After 7 to 10 days, the egg yolks were stopped feeding, and the unfiltered soymilk, tofu, wheat flour, and surimi were added. Add a small amount of oxytetracycline for 2 consecutive days. Conditions can add Vc, shelling and so on. The larvae become juveniles after about 4 weeks and can be bred and raised. 5 Water Quality Management The quality of fresh shrimp requires clear, fresh, live, and high dissolved oxygen. Because the temperature is high in the middle and late May, fresh water should be added sooner or later, and flooding should be taken into account during the rainy days. The transparency is maintained at about 30cm, and the water level is increased to 80 to 100cm. Nursery ponds and aquaculture ponds are fixed on opposite sides of the ropes, and one bundle of water peanuts per m2 is used to make shrimp nests and regulate water quality. 6 Problem Discussion 1 Shrimp species are purchased directly from large water surface. After catching, holding, long-distance transportation and net feeding under cages, the mortality rate is very high. 35 kg of dead before the seedlings in the lower tang, accounted for 7%; a total of 170 kg died in the row seedling stage, accounting for 34%. It may be the Great Lakes to the pond, and the living conditions, especially the changes in water quality, make it less adaptable. After long-distance transportation and row seedlings, energy is exhausted, high density of cages, and harassment of males also cause death. It is recommended that when shrimp species are collected in the pond or acquired by the Great Lakes, picking eggs should be selected during the fishing process to reduce mortality and reduce costs. 2 The shrimps we have pulled back in two batches were each seeded at the same time, resulting in irregular rows of seedlings per tank. Hanging box for 3 to 5 days per pool, the shrimp that had been discharged earlier had held eggs twice, and some were still rowing. In order to obtain the synchronization of the seedlings per tank, the egg-holding shrimp can be divided into two or two seedlings. That is to say, each time the pulled species of shrimp is divided into two, from the 1# and 8# pool holding box cloth seedlings, cloth, moved into the 2# and 7# nursery pool. In this way, each pool is full of just 2 days, and the specifications are neat. 3 The breeding of shrimp can be carried out using crab breeding grounds. Time: The conventional breeding of crabs has ended in May, and the breeding of green prawn in May to June does not conflict. It also uses its equipment and personnel to reduce costs. 4 The prevention and treatment of diseases is important for disinfection. Sprinkle lime regularly, 10 to 15 kg each time. Add terramycin and other antibacterial drugs to the bait to prevent it.
