However, the symmetry is performed centering on the axis of the impeller, and the remaining electrode of the crack is left behind in the weld. At that point, a new electrode is used to repair the crack in the rivet hole. After the welding, the remaining electrode is the same length as the remaining electrode during the repair of the symmetrical rivet to ensure that the weight of the welding repair is equal. If there is no crack at the symmetrical rivet hole, the electrode is also welded here to compensate for the new welding weight at the crack of the symmetrical rivet hole. Welding in accordance with this method of symmetrical reinforcement can repair cracks.

3. A simple dynamic balance test on the impeller is also very simple. The propeller is lifted and then hand-pushed to make it rotate gently. If the balance is not reached, it will stop at the lowest point and swing left and right. If there is bias, it can be spot welded on the opposite impeller, increase the weight to make it balanced, or use the angle grinder to grind away the weld mark of the biased impeller, which can also reach a balance, so that the fan can be repaired to work properly. Note that in the process of repairing the fan, it is not possible to use spot welding to weld the weld marks to the impeller so as not to affect the balance of the fan impeller, failing to achieve the purpose of repair and causing greater losses.
