Milking machine maintenance and common troubleshooting

I. Routine maintenance of the milking machine
(1) Cleaning of the teat cup Once a week, the teat cup is to be removed, and the stainless steel teat cup, the teat cup pouch and the pulsating short tube are cleaned inside and outside, dried, and then loaded. When you put it back in place, make sure that the top and center of the cup cover are in a straight line to avoid distortion and damage the cow's nipples.

(2) Maintenance of pulsator The pulsator is the heart of the milking machine. The requirements of each part are extremely precise and it is the key to ensure the normal operation of the milking machine. It should be maintained every two months to carefully clean the moving parts and the pulsator housing. Use tap water and flexible cleaning agent. Brush off dirt with a brush, rinse it with clean water, dry it, and pay attention to the order of disassembly. . If the milking machine is operated under very humid or dusty conditions, it should be cleaned at least once a month. Also note that once milk enters the pulsator, it should be cleaned and dried. It is recommended that the number of pulsations and the pulsation ratio of the pulsator be measured at least once per year using a pulsator tester, preferably by a specialist department or milking machine technician. If the pulsator needs to be overhauled, contact the dealer.

(3) Cleaning the milk collector The collector should be disassembled once a week and the parts should be cleaned manually. During the cleaning process, all rubber parts should be inspected. If there is crack aging, they must be replaced in time.

(IV) Maintenance of vacuum pump Vacuum pump is the power component of the entire milking system. Its performance directly affects the performance of the milking machine. Therefore, its maintenance and maintenance are very important.

Keep the vacuum tank and regulator filter clean: Never allow any tiny debris to enter the vacuum pump, otherwise its performance will be greatly affected, or even destroyed. Vacuum cans are the main source of sundries, so they should be wiped clean at the end of each milking session. Care should be taken before the next milking session. If there is debris, you need to wipe it again. The vacuum regulator filter should be regularly cleaned and kept clean to ensure that the regulator works properly. Do not start the machine without the filter, as it will cause debris in the air to enter the vacuum pump. If the vacuum pump sucks in milk, it must be shut down immediately, flush the vacuum tank and the rubber vacuum tube, otherwise it will burn the motor.

Replacement of the rubber seal on the vacuum tank with a rubber seal in a timely manner will result in different degrees of aging or deformation after six months of continuous use. The user can replace it according to actual conditions (eg, air leakage).

Always inspect the drive belt: The equipment of the motor and vacuum pump is strictly tested before leaving the factory to ensure that the motor and the vacuum pump pulley are on the same plane. Therefore, the user should not disassemble it at will. During the use process, always check the transmission belt 9 to see if it is worn or loose. If the belt is too loose, it needs to be tightened. If it is worn out, it needs to be replaced. Otherwise, it will cause a vacuum drop or instability, which will seriously affect the milking performance.

Second, common faults and troubleshooting

(1) The reading of the vacuum gauge during starting or working is not in the range of 45-50 kPa. This may be due to leakage of the can seal. Apply colored water to the seal to see if the color can penetrate into the can. If yes, it indicates that the seal needs to be replaced; if there is no color infiltration, the regulator may be loose. Open the top cover of the regulator and turn the regulator's copper sleeve while observing the reading of the vacuum gauge until the pointer is pointing. Within normal range. Then, tighten the lock nut.

(b) The inside of the milk tank is not vacuumed and the inside of the tube is vacuum, but the reason why it cannot be milked is that the lid cleaning is not clean, causing the single valve to adhere to the seat. At this time, the milk tank and various parts should be cleaned.

(3) There are four reasons why the pulsator does not work: First, the vacuum conduit switch is not turned on (should be opened); the second is that the pulsation frequency adjustment screw is screwed in the end (should be adjusted to a suitable position; x 3 is between the pulsator cover and the body Skew (should be adjusted); Fourth, the pulsator's vent hole is blocked.
