In the drying equipment that has been used so far, each has certain advantages and disadvantages. In order to maintain the main advantages of the above drying equipment, we have developed a new type of vibration dryer. The working principle is that the vibration of the plate is used to move the material on the wall plate forward, and since the wall plate is open, the hot air flow passes through the wall plate from bottom to top, and is used to evaporate water with the heating material. The aspect partially blows up the material and causes the material to move forward. Since the material mainly moves forward by the vibrating wall plate, the material to be processed is more adaptable, and the block, granular or powdery material can be dried, and even if the particle size distribution is not uniform, the normal operation will not be affected. Moreover, since the heat exchange between the gas and solid motion is carried out in a partially fluidized state of the material, this ensures that the dryer has a more advanced thermal index.
