First of all, the frame is the most basic component of the filter press. It mainly consists of a thrust plate and a compression head at both ends, and the girders on both sides connect the two and the table top for storing the control system wires. The thrust plate and the compression plate can sometimes be attributed to the inner surface of the separation structure, but since they and the girders are combined with the necklace, they belong to the frame part. The girders are structures that take on all the weight of the equipment. As the weight of the equipment increases, it is precisely because it is an important part. Therefore, the requirements of the girders must be strong in anti-corrosion, long-term use, and rock-solid. By the way, he can be coated with hard PVC, polypropylene, stainless steel or new anti-corrosion coatings to protect against corrosion.

Second, the separation structure is filtered. Here you can divide into a pressure supply part and a filter part.

The pressure supply part is of course the power system that provides pressure to the filter press, and now it is mainly mechanical and hydraulic. They provide various powers for the operation of the filter press under the control of the control system. It includes motors, hydraulics, screw, oil pumps, tubing, etc. The mechanical compression and compression mechanism consists of an electric motor (with advanced overload protector) reducer, gear, screw and fixed. When compacting, the motor rotates forward, driving the reducer and the gear to make the screw rotate in the fixed nut, pushing the pressing plate to press the filter plate and the filter frame. When the pressing force is getting larger and larger, the load current of the motor increases. When the current value set by the protector is reached, the maximum pressing force is reached, the motor cuts off the power supply, stops the rotation, and the screw and the fixed nut are reliable. The self-locking helix angle can reliably ensure the compression state during the working process. When retracting, the motor reverses. When the pressure block on the plate is pressed, it is returned to the stop when it is pressed to the stroke switch.

The filter section is the core part of the filter press. Because the filtration method is different, it often determines the performance and scope of the filter press, as well as the car filter press, diaphragm filter press and plate and frame filter press. However, the filter part of all filter presses consists of filter plates, filter cloths and pipes. The filter cloth wraps the filter plate. When the inlet port flows into the mixture, the liquid is introduced into the filter chamber consisting of the filter plate and the filter cloth. Since the initial filter cake has a large gap and more moisture, it is required. The filter press applies an external force to pass the moisture in the filter cake through the filter cloth and flows out to the drain pipe below the filter plate, so that a method of pressing and blowing is required.
