Agricultural diesel engine energy saving method

1. Increase the temperature of the diesel engine cooling water. The temperature of the effluent of the agricultural diesel engine is generally lower than 45 °C, so that the diesel can not be completely burned, the viscosity of the oil is large, the running resistance is increased, and the fuel consumption is increased, so the temperature of the cooling water of the diesel engine needs to be increased.

2. Maintain the best fuel supply front angle. The optimum angle of the fuel supply advance angle of the 195 diesel engine is 16-20°. When the diesel engine is used for a period of time, due to the wear of the plunger fitting and the fuel injection pump transmission member, the fuel supply advance angle will be reduced, causing the oil supply time to be too late and the fuel consumption to increase, so the oil supply angle should be ensured at an optimum angle.

3. Ensure that the machine does not leak oil. Diesel engine oil pipelines often have loopholes due to uneven joint surfaces and deformation or damage of gaskets. The solution is: 1 Apply the valve paint to the glass plate and smooth it to correct the oil pipe joint. 2 Add a diesel recovery device. The bicycle spokes can be used instead of the hollow screws to be welded on the fuel tank. The plastic pipe can also be used to connect the oil return pipe on the oil nozzle with the hollow core screw to make the oil return to the fuel tank.

4. The oil is purified before use. More than half of the diesel engine failures are from the fuel supply system. The solution is: 1 buy back the diesel to leave the precipitate for 2 ~ 4d and then use, can precipitate 98% of impurities. 2 If you are using it now, you can put two layers of silk cloth or toilet paper on the fuel tank filter screen to filter out impurities.

5. Change the “big horse trolley” approach. There are often “large machines with small pumps” on the wells, which is a waste of energy. Improvement method: appropriately increase the diesel pulley, increase the speed of the pump when the diesel engine is running at a reduced speed, and increase the flow, lift and shaft power to achieve energy saving.

6. Adjust the fuel injection pressure of the injector. The injection pressure of the 195 diesel engine injector is (120+5) kg/cm2. When the injection pressure is lower than 100kg/cm2, the fuel consumption is increased by 10-20/kW.h, and the pressure on the fuel injection pump can be checked and adjusted by the comparison method.
