The glass-lined reactor is a high-silica-containing glass which is lining the inner surface of a steel container and is firmly adhered to the metal surface by high temperature burning to form a composite product. Therefore, it is an excellent corrosion-resistant device.
1. Acid resistance:
It has good corrosion resistance to various organic acids, inorganic acids and organic solvents. For example, the bismuth glass sample produced by our factory is boiled in 20% HCI solution for 48h, and the corrosion rate is 0.9lg/m2.d (the superior product index is 1.0g/m2.d).
2, alkali resistance:
The anti-corrosion effect of bismuth glass on alkaline solution is worse than that of acid solution. However, the glass samples of our factory were etched in 1N sodium hydroxide solution, and the test temperature was 80 °C for 48 hours. The corrosion rate was 6.76 g/m2.d (the indicator of superiority was 7.0 g/m2.d).
3. Operating temperature: When the glass-lined equipment is heated and cooled, it should be carried out slowly. The glass-lined equipment manufactured by our factory has a temperature of 0-200 °C and a temperature-resistant rapid degeneration ≥200 °C.
4. Thickness of porcelain layer: The thickness of porcelain layer of glass equipment is 0.8-2.0mm, and the thickness of porcelain layer of glass-lined equipment accessory is 0.6-1.8mm.
5, resistance to piezoelectric: bismuth glass has good insulation, when the enamel glass is used to inspect the porcelain layer with 20KV high-frequency electric spark within the specified thickness, the high-frequency electric spark can not penetrate the porcelain layer.
6. Impact resistance: The smaller the internal stress of the glass layer, the better the elasticity, the greater the hardness, and the higher the bending and compressive strength, the better the impact resistance.
