1. The operator should be familiar with the equipment before operation, carry out the general inspection of the equipment, check whether the bolts in various parts are loose, and whether the screen surface is damaged.
2. The start of the sieve should follow the sequence of the process system, try to avoid the start of the material, and the feed can be fed after the sieve is running smoothly.
3. The hot ore screen should always observe whether the sieve operation is stable during the working process. If it is found that the movement is abnormal or abnormal, it must be stopped and checked in time to find out the cause and eliminate the fault.
4. Sieve parking should be in accordance with the sequence of the process system. Except for special accidents, it is forbidden to stop the material or stop the ribbon after the parking. After the sieve is stopped, check whether the bolt is loose. If it is loose, it should be tightened in time.
5. In the event of sudden accident shutdown during operation, the screen surface must be ventilated and cooled to prevent the hot material on the screen surface from overheating and deforming.
6. After parking, the screen surface and the surrounding environment of the sieve should be cleaned.
7. Pay attention to the tightening of the vibrator and the screen box, the joint between the screen plate and the screen box, and if it is found to be loose, it should be tightened in time.
8. The side plates and beams of the screen frame are made of high quality heat-resistant stainless steel. It is not allowed to weld other parts on the screen frame to avoid affecting the material properties.
9. The butterfly spring in the sieve plate fastening mechanism is used for the thermal expansion compensation of the fastener, and the failed butterfly spring should be replaced in time.
10. The sieve plate is directly contacted and worn by the hot material. Therefore, the working condition should be checked frequently. If the sieve plate is found to have cracks, it should be welded in time to avoid damage caused by crack expansion.
11. When the vibrating screen is in a hot state, it is not allowed to use cold water to flush the screen box and the sieve plate to prevent the screen box and the sieve plate from being deformed and cracked due to rapid cooling.
12. The accumulation of mineral powder in the coil spring will affect the normal operation of the spring, and should be cleaned with compressed air.
13. The vibrator bearing is lubricated with No. 2 industrial lithium base grease. Under normal circumstances, the oil should be injected once a week. The oil quantity should not be too much, so as to avoid overheating of the bearing.
14. After using 6 vibrators, check the oil index. If it is dry or has a hard block, it should be cleaned and replaced in time. Bearings are required to be cleaned 1-2 times a year.
