The hydraulic oil press has a large area, consumes less power, and has better quality of oil cake. It is widely used in rural areas of China. It is used to squeeze oily crops such as peanuts, soybeans, cottonseed and rapeseed for consumption. The following is the introduction of its use knowledge:

1, inspection and debugging

1.1 Before the oil pump test, first add clean mechanical oil or vegetable oil in the fuel tank, and press the handle up and down to see if the piston of the oil press rises. If the piston does not rise or the handle is not stressed when it is pressed, check the valves in the tank and remove the air from the line.

1.2 Carry out the whole machine withstand voltage test, the pressure used in the test is 1.25 times of the working pressure, check that the piston extends to the maximum working stroke, the voltage is regulated for 15 minutes, and the pressure gauge reading value should not exceed 4% of the test pressure; all oil circuits There should be no leakage phenomenon; after all the pressure is removed, the pressure gauge pointer returns to the “0” position, the parts should be free from damage, the tie rods must not be significantly deformed, and the moving parts are not stuck.

1.3 Carry out the reliability test on the safety valve, adjust the safety valve to the working pressure (+5 on the upper left, +1 on the lower left), and continuously test 5 times. The needle valve is sensitive to opening and closing. The pressure gauge reading should not be low after each jump valve. At rated working pressure.

2, use the operation

2.1 According to different oil materials, master the temperature and water content of the cake.

2.2 When the upper press is pressed, lower the lower top plate to the lowest position, loosen the movable tie rod nut, unplug the two movable pin shafts, and turn the movable pull rod to one side. After the cake is loaded into the pressing squeegee, the movable rod is turned back to the original position, and the pre-press is first pressed to see the oil, then the processing is kept fresh, the piston is returned, and the remaining cake is loaded for formal pressing (the general hydraulic oil press can load the cake 20 Piece).

2.3 When pressing the handle during pressing, the pressure should be lightly pressed, the force should be even, and the force should not be too strong. Otherwise, it is prone to accidents.

2.4 Press oil with high oil content (such as peanut kernels and rapeseed). When using the first step, use low pressure pump to work. After the oil is discharged, switch to high pressure pump.

2.5 If the pressure gauge pointer is found to be less than zero during work, it should be verified, repaired or replaced in time.

2.6 Open the oil return valve, the oil will automatically flow back to the fuel tank, and the piston will automatically drop and can be unloaded.

3, maintenance and repair

3.1 The pressure oil in the oil pump should be filtered and water-saving irrigation. The concentration should not be too large. It is best to use rapeseed oil, soybean oil and peanut oil. It is forbidden to use gasoline, kerosene and other easy fuel materials.

3.2 Keep the fuel tank clean. Clean the fuel tank every 3 months or so and replace it with new oil. Impurities in the oil can cause the oil pump to wear and cause oil blockage, which affects the operation of the oil press.
