1. Loading: Cover the cylinder cover and screw the suction hose into the suction joint. Then press the suction button to start sucking. After the suction is completed, press the suction stop button, unscrew the suction joint, and replace the stuffy cover to complete the loading process.

Second, the operation: according to the product process, set the process parameters on the man-machine interface, the process parameters of each product include the total rolling time, forward rotation time, reversal time, pause time, rolling method, rolling speed, the first There are nine kinds of auxiliary materials, one time for the second time, and the rest time for the end of the roll. This machine has (0~29) a total of 30 programs (ie, the process parameters of 30 products) can be memorized.

1. When the setting of the rolling method is breathing, the tumbler will: perform forward and reverse rotation under vacuum and pause under normal pressure. Namely: start → forward (vacuum to set vacuum, and hold) → pause (vacuum, keep normal pressure until pause) → reverse (vacuum to set vacuum, and keep) → pause (put Vacuum, keep normal pressure until paused) → Forward (vacuum to set vacuum, and keep) → Pause (vacuum, keep normal pressure until pause)... Pause after reaching the first and second time At the same time, the alarm signal light is on. When the worker adds the cover and closes the cover, press the feed end button to make the tumbler continue to run until the total time of the roll is reached.

2. When the setting of the rolling method is vacuum rolling, the tumbler will be in the vacuum state: start (vacuum, and keep the vacuum until the total rolling time is reached) → forward rotation → pause → reverse → pause → positive Turn → ... to reach the first and second times after the auxiliary material time is paused, and the alarm signal light is on. When the worker adds the material cover and close the cover, press the feed end button to make the tumbler continue to run until the end of the total time.

3. When the rolling method is set to the normal pressure rolling, the tumbler will be in the normal pressure state: start → forward → pause → reverse → pause → forward → ... arrive at the first and second auxiliary materials After the time is paused, the alarm light is on. When the worker adds the cover and presses the cover, press the feed end button to continue the operation of the tumbler until the end of the total time.

In addition, the drive unit of the rolling machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, and the user can perform stepless adjustment between fast (12 rpm) and slow speed (1 rpm) as needed.

Third, unloading: After the total time of rolling, the drum will automatically stop, and keep the cylinder in a vacuum state and continue to count until the set rest time is up, an alarm signal is issued, prompting the operator to open the lid and take out the bucket Material inside. Pressing the vacuum button at this time can eliminate the vacuum. At this time, the cylinder cover can be removed, and then the discharge button is pressed, and the roller rotates in the direction of the discharge operation (clockwise direction), thereby feeding the meat material and dropping it. The entire process flow is completed in a container such as a meat cart under the nozzle.
