Although the entrepreneurial boom in the genetic industry has emerged in recent years, the valuation of Huada shares has gone straight to 100 billion, but its prospectus shows that the company's net profit is not high. In the first half of 2015, the net profit of Huada Gene attributable to the parent company was 75.55 million yuan. In 2014, the net profit for 2013 was 24.56 million yuan and 135.88 million yuan respectively.

The consumer market is also in a "cold" state for genetic testing products. The sales of test products of major gene companies on Taobao are almost zero or single digits.
