Use force to be even and not skewed. Then judge according to the press-in condition: if it can be pressed to the installation position, the outer diameter of the journal is too small, and the fit is too loose; if it cannot be inserted into the journal, when the hand is off the bearing, the bearing will be from the tested journal. If it falls, it means that the outer diameter of the journal is too large and the fit is too tight. The ideal fit is that the inner ring of the bearing can be pressed into the length of the journal, and the shaft is erected so that the bearing faces downward, and the upper end of the shaft is tapped by hand, at which time the bearing does not fall off the journal.
When purchasing a harvester cutter, focus on the straightness of the shank and the shank and several working gaps. Push the power to the center line of the moving blade and coincide with the center line of the blade. At this time, the gap between the front end of the moving blade and the edge guard is not more than 0.5mm, the back gap is not more than 1.5mm, and the number must not exceed 1/3 of the total; The gap between the blade and the moving blade is not more than 0.5mm, and the knife should be pushed and pulled by hand, and there should be no jamming. If the above conditions are met, it is a qualified cutter, otherwise do not buy.
