(1) Composition and working principle: The ultra-low volume sprayer is a new type of spray machine with high work efficiency and high control effect. The machine can be used for pest control of crops and fruit trees, as well as for storage in warehouses and greenhouses. Ultra low volume sprayers consist primarily of fans, tank assemblies and spray components. The whole machine is fixed on the frame by four shock pads, and the fuel tank, medicine box and handle are fixed on the frame. Because the machine adopts the principle of pneumatic infusion, the power output shaft of the engine drives the fan impeller to rotate, generating high-speed airflow. A small part of the airflow is used to cool the engine, and another small part of the airflow enters the liquid tank through the elbow booster tube to increase the liquid. Pressure, most of the airflow through the elbow, nozzle to the spout to promote the high-speed rotation of the cage, the liquid medicine liquid through the liquid medicine switch, the liquid-saving valve into the high-speed rotating cage, and the centrifugal force generated in the rotating cage The lower part is taken out, and the mist is sent out of the spout by the high-speed air stream and sprayed on the object to be controlled.

(2) Use and precautions:

(1) Preparation before use. Before using the ultra-low volume sprayer, check whether the machine parts are complete, whether the installation is correct, whether the connection parts are firm and reliable, and whether the rotation of the cage is flexible. When adding the mixed oil of gasoline and engine oil to the engine, First, add water to the liquid tank to test spray, and observe whether the liquid tank and the pipeline through which the liquid medicine flows are leaking, and whether the mist sprayed from the cage is normal; before use, according to the object of prevention and control, Under the guidance of professional and technical personnel, the choice of the type of agent and the dosage form should be based on the ultra-low volume spray. The amount of spray applied can be controlled by a throttle valve.

(2) Operation in use. When spraying pesticides, after the components of the standby device are running normally, the operator should walk first, then turn on the infusion switch, and always keep the walking speed consistent. When stopping the spraying, the infusion switch should be turned off before the machine can be turned off. When spraying, pay attention to the wind direction at that time, starting from the downwind direction, the spray direction should be consistent with the natural wind direction, and the wind should not be sprayed. When spraying in the field, the side spray technology should be applied. The nozzle can not be facing the crop, but the crop should have a certain angle. The angle should be determined according to the natural wind speed. The principle is that when the wind speed is large, the angle is large, the wind speed is small, and the angle is small. Spraying time should not be selected at noon on hot days. When natural wind is greater than grade 3, ultra-low spray should not be applied. Spraying in warehouses, greenhouses, etc. should not be too long to prevent drug poisoning. When the sprayed liquid enters the bearing part of the cage, the bearing should be removed, cleaned with kerosene or gasoline, and lubricated with molybdenum disulfide solid lubricant or calcium-based grease in the bearing chamber according to the instructions, and then Install the cage; when spraying, do not touch the crop cage of the nozzle atomizer to prevent the cage from being damaged; do not overfill the liquid in the tank to prevent spillage. If it overflows, clean it immediately. clean. After each use, the remaining liquid in the liquid tank and the infusion tube should be released, and the whole machine should be wiped clean. After the spraying operation, the residual oil in the fuel tank and the liquid tank should be cleaned before storage. It should be thoroughly cleaned, metal parts should be rust-proof oil, and then stored in a cool, dry place.

(3) Trouble and troubleshooting methods:

(1) The spray amount is reduced or not sprayed. During the inspection, if it is found that the throttle valve spool is not in the correct position, the spool position can be re-aligned; if the infusion switch is blocked, the infusion switch must be cleaned; if the throttle orifice is blocked, the spool should be cleaned. Hole; if it is blocked by the shaft head outlet hole, the shaft head infusion hole should be cleaned; if the liquid tank is insufficiently pressurized or leaking, the pressurizing joint can be reinstalled so that the notch faces the fan; if the liquid tank cover is not tightened , the lid of the tank should be retightened.

(2) The fog particles are obviously coarse or the rotation speed of the cage is low. If it is found that the gasoline engine speed is not enough, the gasoline engine should be adjusted or overhauled; if the cage bearing is short of oil, the bearing should be cleaned and lubricant added; if the bearing is worn, the new bearing should be replaced; if the cage nylon mesh is blocked or broken The net cover should be cleaned or replaced.
