Fourth, after the weighing module is installed, the material on the container body, the gravity of the equipment, etc. can only be supported by the weighing module, and no other supporting point can provide any supporting force to the entire weighing container body. The load cell must be movable relative to the upper top plate of the fixed tank container, which also determines that the tank container is movable relative to the basis of the fixed weigh module, and is not fixed and non-sloshing. This requires measures to prevent the can container from tipping over due to excessive shaking. Protect the scale from overturning with a unique anti-overturn bolt design on the static load module or the dynamic load module. Once the weighing container or tank is shaken by factors such as wind, the module's anti-overturning bolts will stabilize the container or tank to be tested, allowing it to move in a small range without tipping over.

Fifth, in the weighing system, the raw materials are input and output through the pipeline to the container to be tested, and the pipeline connects the weighing container with the equipment other than the container as a whole. Weighing gauge measurements can only measure the weight of the tank container containing the material placed on the load cell. This requires that the outer tube of the container be disconnected from the weighing container so that the weighed container becomes a separate part. In order to be able to transport the material and to block the influence of the external pipe on the measurement, all pipes connected to the weighed tank container must be connected by means of a soft connection.

Sixth, some tanks are sealed containers because of the process.
