Although this type of rice mill has fewer failures, some malfunctions or problems may still occur due to improper adjustment. Common failures and their exclusion methods are as follows. First, the common mechanical failure and its exclusion 1. Causes and elimination of belt dropping during machine work (1) Improper installation Due to improper positioning of the rice mill and the motor (or diesel engine), the axis lines of the rice mill pulley and the motor (diesel) pulley are not parallel; or two The radial direction of the wheel is not in the same plane, resulting in misalignment. In operation, if the misalignment is small, the wear of the V-belt is intensified, and the misalignment occurs in a large amount and the tape cannot be operated. Exclusion method: During installation, the foundation bolts shall be located accurately and securely, conforming to the technical requirements of the specification. The alignment shall be adjusted during installation to ensure that the axis lines of the two pulleys are parallel and radially in the same plane. (2) The belt is too loose Due to the selection and adjustment of the V-belt, the belt becomes loose and falls out. Exclusion method: Check and adjust the relative distance between the rice mill and the motor (diesel engine) regularly, and make the hand-pressure sinking of the V-belt 10 mm to 15 mm. Then tighten the nut and lock firmly to prevent the vibration from becoming loose. Note that the belt must not be too tight (hand pressure is less than 10 mm). If it is too tight, the wear of the V-belts and bearings will be exacerbated and scrapped early. In addition, the specifications of the selected V-belt should be appropriate. If it is too long and the anchor bolt is loose, it can easily fall out. Therefore, we must use B2540 V-belt, often check and tighten. For the tightness of the fan belt, the tensioning wheel should also be frequently adjusted so that the tightness of the belt is within the proper standard. 2. Excessive vibration of the machine is mainly caused by loose or loose anchorages, loose anchor bolts, and rotating parts such as belt pulleys and fan blades that have been deformed or repaired without vibration correction. Exclusion method: First, find out whether the anchor bolts are loose, and then check whether the fan blades, pulleys, etc. are deformed and welded after tightening. If there is any imbalance in the balance correction, if the vibration is still not eliminated, the basis is not strong. The foundation should be increased again. Note that after the maintenance of the fan, etc., it is necessary to carry out dynamic balance correction, otherwise it can not work to prevent crushing the machine, and even wounded the surrounding personnel. It is also not allowed to run at speed. 3. Causes and elimination of high motor temperature and noise (1) The power of the motor is insufficient; (2) The voltage of the power grid is too low or unstable; (3) The spring pressure at the meter outlet is too high, the pressure in the rice mill room increases, and the load increases. The motor can not withstand the overload and heat, but also produce noise; (4) The raw grain is too wet, the flowability is poor and the resistance is increased; (5) The gate opening of the grain inlet is too large, and the resistance of the rice milling chamber is also increased; (6) Serious or damaged bearing wear, or serious lack of oil also increases resistance, causing the motor to become overloaded and producing heat and noise. Exclusion method: When it is found that the noise and the temperature rise of the motor are too high, check it immediately and confirm which kind of cause is eliminated according to the specific conditions of the machine. If the motor is lower than the rated matching power, the corresponding large motor should be replaced; if it is not operated properly, the inlet opening of the feed inlet should be properly reduced, and the method of reducing the spring pressure of the outlet should be used to reduce the load; if the grid voltage is not If the rice water content exceeds 10%, it should be dried and then processed. If the temperature near the bearing is significantly higher than other parts, and there is obvious instability. In case of noise or long-term lack of oil, oil should be filled immediately. If there is no change, it is necessary to stop the inspection and replace the new bearing. Second, the cause of the failure and the elimination of processing 1. Causes and Exclusion of Excessive Grain in Chengmi Rice (1) The gate opening of the grain inlet is too large, the spring pressure at the grain outlet is too small, and the residence time of the grain in the rice milling room is short. The chance of rice being squeezed and milled is reduced , Which led to some rice in rice, while the quality of rice is also rough; (2) rice is too wet, moisture content of more than 10%, skin ridges are not easy to take off, and broken rice increase and congestion. Excluded methods: re-adjust the amount of food in and out, close the inlet opening of the food intake; increase the spring pressure of the food outlet, so that the residence time of the rice in the rice milling room increases, and the rice is fully rolled to eliminate the rice grain. Rice water content should be controlled below 10% before processing. 2. The reason why the temperature of rice is high and the rice temperature is higher when the rice temperature exceeds 18°C ​​is excluded, and it has an adverse effect on rice quality and should be eliminated. The reason is that rice stays in the rice milling room for a long time and the pressure on the rice is too great; if the rice is too wet, the rice temperature will increase. Exclusion method: reduce the inlet opening of the grain inlet gate, reduce the spring pressure of the grain outlet, and reduce the rice pressing pressure and rolling time in the rice milling room, thereby reducing the rice temperature. But the reduction should not be too much, otherwise it will make the rice rough. If it is found that the quality of the rice is thicker, it can be independently adjusted by reducing the inlet opening of the grain inlet gate without reducing the method of reducing the spring pressure at the food inlet. If there is too much broken rice, use the method of reducing the spring pressure without reducing the opening of the inlet gate. 3. Reasons for too much broken rice and rule out excessive wetness of rice; over high speed of rice machine exceeds rated speed of rice machine; too high spring pressure at grain outlet; too large opening of grain inlet gate makes the pressure of rice milling room large Too long grinding time causes the rice to break.
