Pump violent vibration
It is possible that the electric rotor is unbalanced, or the coupling is poorly coupled, and the bearing is worn and bent; it is also possible that the rotating parts are loose and broken; perhaps because the pipe bracket is not strong. Adjustment, repair, reinforcement, replacement, etc. can be taken separately.
Leak or leak in the pipeline
The nut may not be tightened when it is installed. If the leakage is not serious, apply cement or cement slurry mixed with asphalt oil in the place where air leaks or leaks. Temporary repairs can be applied to wet mud or soft soap. If water leaks at the joint, you can tighten the nut by hand. If the water leakage is serious, it must be disassembled.
Filler overheating
Many of the packings are pressed too tightly, the cooling water does not enter the packing, or the shaft surface is damaged. Measures such as appropriate loosening of the packing and cleaning of the closed tube can be taken. Packing wear must be replaced with new ones. Soak in the oil before installation, fill it in circles, and the slits should be staggered to reduce water leakage. After the last lap of the packing is installed, the gland should be tightened and the tightness should be adjusted during operation.
The pump does not absorb or drain
The reason is mostly that the bottom valve is stuck, the filtering water is blocked, the water absorption height is too high or the water is leaking, and the steering may be blocked due to improper steering. After checking one by one, measures such as repairing the bottom valve, removing the fouling material, correcting the steering, and cleaning the impeller can be taken separately.
