In general, picking up the dried daylily within 1 hour, or the flowering will break down.
What kind of work does the daylily need to do before drying?
In the process of processing day lily, the daylily should be treated with greening. After the completion of the process, the cooling machine needs to be cooled rapidly to prevent the high temperature and deterioration of the daylily. Then, the air is dried and drained, and the moisture on the surface of the day lily can be quickly removed. Part of it, in the final drying, in the process, we must first raise the temperature, the heating time is about 10 minutes, there is an effective reduction of drying time, the temperature rises to about 60 degrees, the drying time is about 10-18, specific The time can be changed according to the thickness and humidity of the customer, and it can be calculated according to the technical requirements of the customer. After the drying is completed, the automatic alarm and automatic power-off, the drying process does not need to turn the daylily, once loaded, once dried, simple and clear, reducing a large number of workers. After the drying is completed, the drying door can be opened and cooled for a period of time before packaging.
