First, the material ratio:

Second, the production process of Chiba tofu:

1. Preparation: Mix TG enzyme with dry starch;

4. Curing: After heating for 1-2 hours at room temperature, it is placed in a freezer for zero-degree preservation, and the slurry is further matured for more than 10 hours.

5. Molding: The oxidized slurry is placed in a steamer for cooking. First, steam at a temperature of about 50 degrees for 20-30 minutes, then warm to 90 degrees, and then steam for 10 minutes.

6. Packing: The steamed products are placed in a ventilated place, air-dried and cooled, then packaged, and then frozen, and then shipped after being frozen.
