Abstract: Glass infusion bottles, also known as large-capacity injection glass bottles, usually refer to liquid sterilization preparations with a capacity of 50ml or more and directly into the body by intravenous drip. According to their clinical use, large infusion bottles can be roughly divided into 5 categories. : Infusion for body fluid balance, infusion for nutrition, infusion for blood volume expansion, infusion of therapeutic drugs, and dialysis imaging.

Since the clinical application, infusion product packaging containers have undergone three generations of changes. Currently, there are four types of packaging materials in the infusion market in China: glass bottles, plastic bottles, non-PVC soft bags and vertical soft bags. Non-PVC soft bag infusion packaging technology is safe and effective, meets the requirements of medicinal and environmental protection, and is the main development direction of large infusion packaging technology.

Text: The main characteristics of glass packaging containers are: non-toxic, odorless; transparent, beautiful, good barrier, airtight, common raw materials, low price, and can be used repeatedly. It has the advantages of heat resistance, pressure resistance and washing resistance. It can be sterilized at high temperature or stored at low temperature. Because of its many advantages, it is widely used in the pharmaceutical and food industries. Because it is fragile and difficult to transport during transportation and use, there are other types of packaging in the industry, such as polypropylene, polyethylene infusion bottles, multi-layer co-extruded infusion bags and other packaging.

The internal stress test of glass containers is a routine test item for glass bottles. It is not only suitable for infusion bottles, but similarly packaged vials and ampoules are also suitable.

Detection method

A , low stress test of infusion bottle

(1) Place the quarter-wave plate into the field of view and adjust the zero point of the polarization stress meter to make it a dark field of view.

(2) Put the test piece into the field of view and observe the bottom from the mouth. At this time, a dark cross will appear in the field of view (Fig. 1 ).

(3) Turn the polarizer to separate the dark cross into two arcs moving in opposite directions (Fig. 2 ).

(4) Observe that blue gray will appear on the concave side of the arc, and brown will appear on the convex side.

( 5 ) Rotate the test piece around the axis, find the large stress point of zui, rotate the polarizer until the blue-gray is replaced by brown, record the rotation angle of the analyzer at this time, and measure the thickness of the point.

B , infusion bottle wall stress test

(1) Place the quarter-wave plate into the field of view and adjust the zero point of the polarization stress meter to make it a dark field of view.

(2) Put the test object into the field of view so that the axis of the test piece is 45 ° to the plane of polarization

(3) Observe the large ziza large stress area where the light and dark are different on the side wall.

(4) Record the angle of the analyzer placement measured in the large stress zone of zui, and measure the thickness (sum of) of the two side walls respectively.

Standard requirements: [internal stress] Take the appropriate amount of this product, according to the internal stress measurement method ( YBB00162003-2015 ), the optical path difference caused by the large permanent stress of Zui after annealing shall not exceed 40nm/min . If the stress of the test article is small, the dark cross will be blurred.

Where δ is the internal stress of the test piece , nm/mm;

T is the optical path difference of the part to be tested, nm ;

t is the total thickness of the light passing through the tested part, mm ;

θ is the rotation angle of the analyzer (when the large stress is measured);

3.14 is a constant when using a white light source (effective wavelength is about 565 nm )
