One, engine blockage
1. The drain switch is in the closed position or the drain switch is blocked.
2. The fuel tank vent hole is blocked.
3. The filter screen in the sedimentation cup or the small strainer in the inlet screw of the oil pump inlet plug is fouled.
4. Does not completely rule out the air in the oil circuit, forming air resistance.
5. The diesel fine filter or coarse filter is contaminated and blocked.
6. The oil pump is not supplied with oil or the oil supply is insufficient. The main reasons are: (1) The inlet valve and the outlet valve are not sealed tightly, and the spring fails or breaks. (2) The plunger is worn or pulled, or the plunger rod bites and the spring breaks.
Second, maintenance or troubleshooting
1. Place the oil drain switch on the oil supply position or unblock the oil drain switch and clean the oil drain switch.
2. Unscrew the fuel tank cap and unscrew the ventilation holes on the fuel cap.
3. Remove the strainer in the sediment cup or the small strainer in the oil pump inlet fitting bolt. Clean it with diesel.
4. Exclude the air in the oil line section by section.
5. Remove the diesel coarse filter and fine filter and clean the filter element. If it is difficult to clear, replace the filter element.
6. Decompose the oil pump and check the wear of the inlet valve, outlet valve and plunger. The spring is in good condition. If it cannot be repaired, replace the oil pump assembly.
