2 On-site automation function
(1) The principle of the 10kV side automation system of the opening and closing station:
A series of protection control devices are installed on the 10kV high voltage switchgear, and a communication control unit is installed on the central signal panel. The protection device data on the switchgear is concentrated to the communication control machine through the interface, and the interface is transmitted to the centralized control center according to the communication protocol.
The series of protection and monitoring devices installed in the 10kV switchgear in the switchgear is a protection and monitoring device designed to integrate the four functions of protection, telemetry, remote signaling and remote control. Since the information transmission of various protection devices is realized through the interconnection of the communication network, the conventional secondary signal control cable is eliminated, and the secondary cable in the station is greatly simplified, which not only saves a lot of investment, but also reduces TA and TV load and reduces construction. (2) Principle of the 0.4kV side automation system of the opening and closing station:
On the 0.4kV side of the switch station, a power integrated measuring and measuring instrument (RTU) is installed on the capacitor cabinet with a liquid crystal display to display telemetry, remote signal, recording and statistics.
RTU can be used to implement the following functions:
1 Remote control pulls and combines the low-voltage side main breaker and the bus-coupled circuit breaker.
2 Remote circuit breaker low-voltage main breaker circuit breaker position signal, high-voltage cable fault indicator fault signal and remote reset command.
3 remotely measure the voltage, current, power, power factor and power of the low voltage main breaker.
4 The capacitor inside the capacitor cabinet is automatically switched.
5 Reserved remote transmission interface for residential energy meter data collection.
6 DC screen input and output voltage, remote transmission of positive and negative ground signals.
3 Distribution room automation system principle
The power distribution room automation system still uses the power comprehensive measurement and control instrument (RTU) as the system host, a total of two, and its function is basically the same as the RTU of the 0.4kV side of the opening and closing station. The difference is that the remote control pulls and combines the equipment, not only the low-voltage main-in, bus-coupled circuit breaker, but also the load switch in the high-voltage ring network cabinet; the far-distance remote signaling equipment also has the position signal of the low-voltage side main breaker There is also a position signal of the high voltage load switch; since there is no DC screen in the power distribution room, there is no remote transmission of various signals.
