Among them, the percentage concentration of the first 38 kinds in the articles exceeds 0.1%, and the total annual amount SVHC with a quantity greater than 1 ton must complete the obligation to notify the European Chemicals Agency before June 1 of this year; if the total amount does not exceed 1 ton, the manufacturer or importer must pass the relevant information for free within 45 days if required by the consumer. information.
