For this reason, the National Pharmacopoeia has detailed regulations on the adhesion (adhesion force) of adhesive plaster; It is stipulated that the adhesion force (adhesion force) of the adhesive plaster mainly includes three indexes of initial adhesion (initial adhesion), holding strength (holding force) and peel strength.

First, the initial adhesion test of adhesive plaster (initial viscosity measurement)
Take Labthink's CZY-G initial tack tester as an example. 
Test principle:
Use the bevel roll. Ball measurement. The initial adhesive test device of the adhesive plaster is mainly composed of a slanting plate, a base, a stainless steel ball and a ball receiving box. Firstly, adjust the inclined plate of the initial tack tester to 30 degrees with the horizontal plane, fix the adhesive side of the adhesive plaster sample to the inclined plate of the initial tack tester, and place a stainless steel ball on the inclined ball. The area is adjusted to the initial position, the steel ball is released, and it rolls and passes through the viscous surface, and the initial viscosity is evaluated according to the large steel ball that can be stuck by the adhesive surface of the plaster.
Second, the adhesive strength of the adhesive (measured by the adhesion)
Take Labthink's CZY-6S adhesive tester and YGJ-02 adhesive tape press as an example. 
The test device consists of a viscous tester (including test stand, test plate, return plate) and an adhesive belt press roll machine. The viscous surface (adhesive surface) of the sample is attached to the surface of the test plate and the loading plate, and is rolled back and forth three times using an adhesive belt press roll machine. After being placed for 5 minutes, the sample is placed vertically on the test frame, along the sample. A weight of a specified mass is suspended in the longitudinal direction, and the time during which the sample slips until it falls off is recorded.
Third, the determination of the peel strength of the adhesive
Determined by the 180° peel strength test according to the Pharmacopoeia. Take Labthink's BLD-200N electronic peel tester or XLW smart electronic tensile tester as an example. 
The test process is as follows:
The adhesive backing was first fixed to the test panel with double-sided tape. If necessary, use tape to fix the edges of the upper and lower sides of the sample so that the sample fits flat on the plate. The clean polyester film was placed flat on the viscous side of the sample, and the prepared sample was rolled 3 times with a 2000 g weight roller to ensure that no bubbles were present at the bond. After the sample is pasted, it should be placed for 20~40 minutes and then tested.
The free end of the polyester film was folded in half (180°), and the free end of the film and the test plate were respectively clamped up and down on the testing machine. Be sure to keep the peeling surface in line with the test machine line, set the test speed to 300mm/min±10mm/min, start the test, and calculate the peel strength. The general unit is KN/m or N/mm.
