For a fish pond of 5-10 mu, the average daily feeding amount is about 120 kg. A feed machine with a power of about 1 kW can be purchased. If the total water area of ​​the fish pond is 50-100 mu, the average daily feed amount is 600-1200 kg, and a pellet feeder with a power of 2-4 kW can be purchased.

2. Fish ponds with large fish farming scale and large proportion of bottom fishes can buy hard pellet feed machines. Small-scale adult fish ponds can be purchased, soft pellet feed machines can be purchased, and fish ponds can be cultured. A small-sized multi-functional hard pellet feed machine and a crushing sieve powder machine can be purchased to obtain pellet feeds of different specifications. .

3, when buying, should go to the agricultural machinery department that has product certificate and instruction manual to buy. When selected, the surface requires complete and smooth paint, without cracks, peeling, blisters and other defects. There must also be signs of glaring lubrication, operation, rotation, safety, etc. The mechanical parts must be equipped with protective bags and overloaded safety devices, and the gearbox must not leak oil.

4. Check whether the electrical parts are in good contact, whether the circuit is leaking, and whether the ammeter and voltmeter are working properly. Check whether the adjustment handles and handwheel playgrounds are flexible, convenient and reliable. There must be no loosening of fasteners. If looseness occurs, check the cause for repair. Then, run for 3-5 minutes after power-on, observe whether the operation is stable, and whether there is abnormal shock, vibration, or heat. Noise must not exceed 85 decibels when airborne.

1, first of all to choose a good pressure die aperture, general suppression of large particles of feed, the aperture should be selected 3 mm sieve; small pellets feed should be used when the aperture 1 mm sieve.

According to the requirements of the instruction manual, the machine shall be inspected and maintained in a comprehensive manner. The gap between the wall of the pelletizing die and the roller shall be adjusted. The correct clearance shall be between 0.1 mm and 0.3 mm, and the processing grass powder may be up to 0.5 mm. It is also necessary to adjust the distance between the cutting blade and the outer diameter of the pellet die according to the length of the feed pellets. Then, firmly fix the pellet feed machine.

Start with no load and check if the machine is normal. If the machine has abnormal noise, stop it for inspection or adjustment immediately. After the operation is normal, close the feed baffle again, fill in the powder, and turn on the water.

Before the formal operation, if all the die-casting die holes are through-holes, they should be fed with 30%-40% of water-containing powder, and the die-holes should be fed with 30%-40% water-containing powder. The powder is then fed with normal powder, so that the powder does not flow out of the hole and is not easily granulated; the powder is fed in a small amount and the amount of water is small. After the old powder in the die hole is fully extruded, it can be run. To prevent the machine from plugging due to a sudden overload. The appropriate moisture content of the powder is 15%-19%, and hard powders must not be mixed with hard impurities.

3, according to the current meter or machine noise, adjust the amount of feed. Feeding should be uniform and continuous, as far as possible to make the machine close to full load operation.

The new pellet mold should have a period of run-in. During the break-in period, feeds containing more oil and fat should be used and operated at low loads.

4. When the feed machine needs to stop working, the water switch should be turned off to reduce the feeding amount. Add dry powder to run for a while and stop when the soft particles are pressed out. It is not allowed to leave moist powder in the die hole to prevent the die hole from boring. When not in use for a long time, the mold hole should be filled with oil-impregnated powder.
