Experimental principle: Astragalus polysaccharide is insoluble in 80% alcohol, and 75% alcohol can also be identified.
Pour the Astragalus polysaccharide to be tested into 75% or 80% alcohol if:
A: Astragalus polysaccharides are grouped, and the alcohol is clear, which is a high quality Astragalus polysaccharide.
B: Astragalus polysaccharide does not clump, is dispersed in alcohol, and the alcohol is not clear, the color is darker, it is inferior astragalus polysaccharide or not astragalus polysaccharide.
