The universal pulverizer has simple structure, firmness, stable operation and good pulverization effect. 1. Check if there is any foreign matter in the crushing chamber (it must be empty before starting) and turn on the power.
2. Tighten the upper cap and the butterfly nut of the crushing chamber.
3. Start the motor, rotate the machine for 1-2 minutes, then gradually feed the material from the feeding tray. The feeding should not be too fast.
4. If the material is stuck and the motor does not turn, please turn it off immediately to avoid burning the motor. After the material is removed, you can continue to use it.
5. It is strictly forbidden to open the upper cover and reach into the crushing chamber by hand during the use.
6. This machine is a dry pulverizer. It is not suitable to smash wet and greasy materials.
7. Please change the screen according to your needs.
8. This machine adopts overheat protector. If the motor load is too large, it will stop automatically. If you continue to operate, please press the protector again.
Maintenance and repair
1. Regularly inspect the bearings and replace the high-speed butter to ensure the normal operation of the machine. Always check the wearing parts. If there is serious wear, it should be replaced in time.
2. If the spindle speed is gradually reduced when the machine is used, the motor must be adjusted downwards, so that the machine can reach the specified speed, and the abnormality should be stopped and checked.
3. Metal materials are strictly prohibited from flowing into the machine during startup, such as nails, iron blocks, etc.
4. After the work is finished, the residual materials of all parts of the machine must be cleaned. After a long time of deactivation, the machine must be wiped clean and covered with a tarpaulin.
