How to determine the best apple harvest time

In September, various late-maturing and late-maturing apples gradually reached the picking stage. Some fruit farmers contacted us by telephone and asked when it was best to pick them. The author will introduce several key technologies to determine fruit maturity as follows for your reference.

1. Look at the peel color. Most of the apple varieties from the young fruit to the mature period of development, the color of the peel must have a regular change, that is, the background of the peel gradually changed from dark green to light green or yellow. Some coloring species tend to be colored earlier, but the peel color is still green. Only when the peel color changes from green to yellow is the performance of fruit ripening. Non-colored varieties, such as Jin Shuai, etc., generally should wait until the color is slightly yellow when picking.

2. Look at the fruit handle. When the fruit is truly mature, the detached layer is formed between the base of the stalk and the fruiting pedicel, and the fruit is slightly exposed to external forces and will fall off.

3. Look at the growth period of the fruit. Under normal climatic conditions, different varieties have a relatively stable growth and development period in a region, and the time from flowering to maturity is also relatively constant. Generally, early maturing varieties mature 60-100 days after flowering, and mid-maturing varieties are 100-140 days, 140-160 days for late-maturing varieties and 160-190 days for late-maturing varieties.

4. See the seed color. During the fruit development, the seed has a gradually browning pattern. Cut open the fruit and if the seed turns brown or brown, it is ripe.

5. Look at the firmness of the fruit. As the fruit matures, the flesh becomes soft, the hardness gradually decreases, and the hardness of the fruit when mature is relatively stable, such as Jin Shuai mature peeling hardness is generally 6.8 kg/cm2, Guo Guang is 8.6 kg/cm2.

6. Look at the fruit's harvest maturity and food maturity. The ripening period of the fruit can be divided into mature harvesting period and edible maturity period. Mature harvesting period means that the fruit volume no longer increases, the base of the fruit stalk has formed a separate layer; the ripening period means the period when the fruit is best eaten. For example, the ripening period of the late-maturing cultivar is 3 to 4 weeks after the fruit is harvested. However, the fruits of early maturing varieties are basically the same in both maturation periods, and they often need to be harvested in advance for storage and long-distance transportation.

7. Look at the current year's climate and market supply and demand. If there is a natural disaster, the manpower should be organized to seize the harvest in advance. According to the market supply and demand situation in the year, in order to obtain better economic benefits, appropriate early mining or late mining.

In addition, the fruit picking period of the paper bag should be 20-30 days before the ripening period of the fruit. When the weather is sunny, first tear the outer bag for 3-5 days, remove the bag, and after one week the fruit's sunny side is colored, carry out color-changing measures such as fruit transfer, leaf picking, and retroreflective filming, so that all the fruits are colored pink. Color can be picked, this is the best picking period for commercial products, but it is not welcomed by the market because it is too heavy.

[Composition]

The main component of this preparation is human immunoglobulin, which is prepared by cold ethanol fractionation of human plasma from healthy donors. The manufacturing process contains a step to remove anticomplementary activity and a dual viral inactivation process. It contains a suitable amount of glucose or maltose as stabilizer (see table below), but does not contain any antiseptic or antibiotic. The distribution of IgG subclasses is close to the serum level of normal subjects and maintains the bioactivity of Fc fragment of IgG.

[Indications]

1. Primary agammaglobulinemia, such as X-linked hypogammaglobulinemia, common variant immunodeficiency diseases, immunoglobulin G subclass deficiency, etc.

2. Secondary immunoglobulin deficiency diseases, such as severe infection, septicemia of newborn, etc

3. Autoimmune diseases, such as primary thrombocytopenic purpura, Kawasaki disease
