(1) Open the upper shell of the rake and confirm that there is no debris in the machine.
(2) Check the gap between the moving knife and the fixed knife with a feeler gauge. The clearance value range is 0.2-1.0mm. Take a small value when the soft grass is used, and vice versa.
(3) When adjusting the blade clearance, first loosen the 3 fixing bolts that the moving blade and the cutter plate are connected with, then loosen the 2 locking nuts and turn the 2 adjusting screws. After adjusting the clearance, tighten the lock nut and repeat the inspection with the feeler gauge.
(4) Check that the positioning bolts of the cutter head and the shaft are tightened in place and the locking nut is locked. The function of the positioning bolt is to prevent the cutter head from swinging back and forth on the shaft and affecting the blade clearance.
(5) Before starting the machine, check whether the fasteners in each part are connected reliably.
(6) 9Z-2.0 type mower has two working gears, if you need to turn into a short material (15mm), you can change the handle to 15 position; if you need to grow (35mm), you should change Position handle to 35 position.
2, safe use
(1) The safety protection equipment must be complete when operating the rake.
(2) Operators should fully understand the performance of the machine. It is forbidden to start the machine after drinking, sickness or excessive fatigue. People and objects must not be close to the operating site during work.
(3) Adolescents under the age of 16 and those who do not have rules on the use of the machine are not allowed to work alone.
(4) The work site of the rake should be spacious and equipped with fire-fighting equipment.
(5) When feeding grass, the operator should stand on the side of the feeding hopper, and it is forbidden to reach into the cover of the feeding hopper. At the same time, we must strictly prevent wooden rods, metal objects, bricks and stones from entering the machine in order to avoid damage to the machine.
(6) Do not reverse the cutter head.
(7) The rake must be operated at the specified speed. Overspeed and overload operations are strictly prohibited.
(8) When replacing the fasteners for moving and fixing the blades, bolts of class 8.8 and 8 nuts must be used instead of low-grade bolts and nuts.
(9) If abnormal noise is found during work, stop the inspection immediately. Before the inspection, the power must be cut off. It is forbidden to remove the fault while the machine is running.
(10) The amount of material to be fed should be appropriate. Excessive load can easily cause overloading. Of course not too little, too little will affect the efficiency.
(11) Before stopping work, the shift handle should be pulled to 0, let the machine idle for 2 minutes, and then stop the dust and weeds in the blower.
