Should be readjusted. 3 The pressure spring breaks or the elastic force weakens. Replace the spring. 4 Wear plate wear. If the friction film is eccentrically worn, severely damaged or too thin, the rivet head is exposed and should be replaced; if the wear is not great, the depth of the rivet is not less than 0.5 mm, and it may not be changed. However, if the rivets loosen, they should be riveted or replaced with new rivets. If the friction plate burns lighter, it can be smoothed with sandpaper. 5 The warpage of the driven plate is deformed, and the unevenness of the flywheel and the pressure plate plane is too large. Correct the repair. The 6 return spring is loose or broken and should be replaced.
