Operation method and precautions

First , preparations:

  • Prepare before starting up
  1. Install accessories such as label holders and cotton holders.
  2. Check if the screws are loose or fall off due to transportation.
  3. Add a small amount of each active site on the 20th -40 oil, longitudinal sealing and transverse sealing of the warm oil was added.

B , preparation before operation

  1. Turn on the power, air supply.
  2. Close the leakage switch and turn on the main power switch.
  3. Set the inverter motor to F30.0, jog the packaging machine, check whether the packaging machine can run ; start the packaging machine to run dry , check for abnormal noise.
  4. Set the temperature of the vertical and horizontal seals and the temperature of the label temperature control table (the temperature is set according to the melting point of the material).
  5. Wear cotton thread (see section on installing the cotton thread)
  6. Wear label paper (see section on how to install label paper)
  7. Install the packaging film (see the section on the film)

C , boot operation sequence:

  1. Handle material under investigation, feed line handle, the handle is in the label transmission disengaged condition (in this case shall be in the disengaged position.)
  2. The filter paper is fed into the longitudinal sealing roller, and the bag is hollowed out to check whether the sealing is flat, firm and whether the intermediate knife can be cut.
  3. Close the wire feed handle and the delivery handle to check whether the finished empty bag is qualified.

Close the loading and unloading handle to see if the cutting time is correct. When the inner bag transverse sealing roller is in a horizontal state, the measuring cup should be just aligned with the lowering hole.

  1. Disengage the inner bag handle, the outer packaging film penetrates the vertical sealing roller, and pulls the film about 30 cm. Set the microcomputer to a fixed length, start the packaging machine, and check whether the bag is flat and firm. Stop, set it to the microcomputer to follow the standard, start the packaging machine, check whether the bag is accurate.
  2. The above items are ready for mass production of finished products.
  • Shutdown sequence : Disengage the unloading handle - stop running - jog, keep the line pipe away from the vertical seal - turn off the main power switch - turn off the air source - sweep, clean , refuel.
  • Precautions:
  1. When the machine is working, you should pay attention to whether the machine sound is coordinated. If there is abnormal noise, stop the machine in time.
  2. Always use a copper brush to sweep the longitudinal seal and seal the surface of the roller to prevent the material from sticking to the surface, resulting in poor heat sealing and poor sealing. (Remember to stop when cleaning)
  3. Check whether the fastener parts of the machine are loose or disconnected.
  4. The gearbox should be replaced with oil three months, each time the oil standard line is taken.
  5. Do not put your hands and other objects close to the running part during the operation of the packaging machine to avoid personal injury or damage to the machine!
