(b) When the high-efficiency differential pressure gauge exceeds the initial differential pressure by 1.5 times (at this time, due to high-efficiency clogging, the differential pressure reaches the life value), please replace the high-efficiency filter, and pay attention to the following when replacing:
(I) When replacing the high-efficiency filter, special attention should be paid to protecting the filter paper intact during unpacking, handling and installation. It is forbidden to touch the filter paper by hand to cause damage.
(II) Gently push and pull gently to remove the confluent film, carefully place the confluent film, do not break, you can see the high efficiency filter.
(III) Two people cooperate to remove the high efficiency filter.

(d) Regularly (usually 3 months) use a dust detector (dust particle counter) to measure the cleanliness of the room. When the technical requirements are not met, the high efficiency air filter must be replaced. When the high-efficiency filter breaks or leaks, it needs to be replaced immediately. Due to the cleanliness of the use environment and the frequency of use, the replacement cycle of the high-efficiency filter is also different. Generally, it is preferable to use the high-efficiency filter differential pressure value to reach 1.5 times of the initial resistance.
