Take the S195 diesel engine as an example. Several through holes in bearings and bushings must be aligned during installation.

Main bearing: Each pair of main bearing oil groove is drilled with oil holes, which are also connected with the oil on the cylinder block and main shaft respectively. When the installation is completed, as long as the flange of the main bearing is aligned with the positioning pin, the main bearing can be prevented from rotating. Ensure that the oil hole is aligned so that the lubricant can be unimpeded and burned out.

Rocker Bushing: When the bush is pressed into the rocker arm, if the hole is misaligned, the rocker arm shaft and the bushing will be damaged due to lack of lubrication, dry friction, and burning to make the valve clearance larger, resulting in a serious knocking sound.

Connecting rod bushing: connecting rod small head has oil collecting hole, which is connected with oil hole of connecting rod bushing. When the copper bushing is connected to the small head of connecting rod, if two oil holes are not aligned, copper bushing and piston pin occur. "Dangdang" knocked and even killed.

Start shaft bushing: When installing the start shaft bushing, the two bushing oil holes should communicate with the corresponding oil collecting grooves on the body and the gear cover, otherwise the starting shaft and bushing will accelerate the wear and cause the oil supply angle and The phase change of the gas distribution results in a decrease in the power of the diesel engine.
