The device consists of a riser heater, a concentrator, a condenser and a pipeline valve. The vacuum system can be equipped with a water jet or vacuum pump with other equipment.

Concentrate tank features:

1. Alcohol recovery: The recycling capacity is large, and the vacuum concentration process is adopted. It has 5-10 times higher productivity and 30% lower energy consumption than the old type of similar equipment, and has the characteristics of small investment and high recycling efficiency.

2. Concentrated liquid material: This equipment adopts the combination of external heating natural circulation and vacuum negative pressure evaporation, the evaporation speed is fast, the concentration ratio can reach 1.3; the liquid material is in the fully sealed state without foam concentration, and the medicine concentrated by the equipment The liquid has the characteristics of no pollution, strong medicinal taste, and is easy to clean (open the upper and lower covers of the heater to clean). The device is easy to operate and has a small footprint. The heater and the evaporator are made of stainless steel insulation structure, and the outer layer of the insulation layer is made of stainless steel sheet, and the surface is mirror-finished or matt-treated.

Operating procedures:

1 Check if the equipment is clean before driving.

2 Check that each valve is in the correct orientation.

3 open the vacuum valve.

4 Open the feed valve to feed, and see the feed liquid in the sight glass to close the feed valve.

5 Open the steam blowdown valve, slowly open the steam valve, and drain the residual dirt in the steam pipe to close the valve.

6 Warm the heater to the required pressure to heat the heater and the concentrator.

7 Open the condenser inlet valve and drain valve and adjust according to the concentration capacity.

normal operation:

1 Adjust the opening degree of the feed valve to control the liquid level to maintain a certain height.

2 For every 2 hours of concentration, open the exhaust valve above the heater to remove the condensable gas.

3 Condensate water is discharged, and the valve next to the trap under the heater is discharged once every 2 hours.

4 Condensate condensate discharge, observe about 2/3 of the water level gauge of the condensate storage tank under the condenser, close the upper and lower water supply valves of the storage tank, open the empty valve, and open the bottom valve to drain.
